  ​“糖尿病免疫疗法”Ⅰ期临床试验在美首获成功！

  ​11月25日，发布在《Science Translational Medicine》杂志上的一项研究中，加州大学旧金山分校的科学家和医师，对一种新形式的1型糖尿病（T1DM）免疫疗法在美国开展了第一个安全试验。

  国家卫生计生委关于延长脐带血造血干细胞库规划设置时间的通知

  经研究，决定将我委制定的脐带血造血干细胞库规划设置时间延长至2020年，即：2020年以前全国设置7家脐带血造血干细胞库，分别是北京市、天津市、上海市、浙江省、山东省、广东省、四川省脐带血造血干细胞库，不再新增。筹建国家脐带血造血干细胞库。

  顶级期刊两文并发：干细胞治愈I型糖尿病希望出现

  世卫组织预测，到2030年，糖尿病将成为第七项主要死亡原因。高血糖会严重损害身体各主要器官系统，造成心脏病、中风、神经损伤、肾功能衰竭、失明、阳痿以及可能导致截肢的感染。目前，治疗糖尿病的主要方法就是每天注射胰岛素和胰岛移植，但是胰岛供体的缺乏和胰岛受体的终身排异反应制约着糖尿病治疗前进的步伐。哈佛大学干细胞研究所的Douglas Melton教授，于2014年利用人体胚胎干细胞（hESC）首次培育出了可以分泌胰岛素的β细胞--SC-β细胞，并将此成果于当年10月刊登在顶级期刊《细胞》上。由此，人类首次可以获得无穷无尽的分泌胰岛素的SC-β细胞了。Douglas Melton教授的这一突出贡献，让我们看到了治愈I型糖尿病的曙光。

  2016外泌体与疾病研讨会"从实验室到临床"研讨会

  Exosome（外泌体）是多种细胞分泌的小囊泡体衍生的，是直径在50-120 nm之间的脂质纳米颗粒。外泌体具有多种生理学和病理学功能，在癌症、传染病及神经退行性疾病等病例条件下都发挥着重要作用。 2016外泌体与疾病研讨会"从实验室到临床"将于3月3-4日在上海召开,主要讨论外泌体生物标志物与检测、外泌体与肿瘤、外泌体与疾病和外泌体与干细胞。
